It truly is full of ideas for those who are truly interested in this kind of subject, primarily this very post. You're really all amazingly sweet and also thoughtful of others plus reading your site posts is a wonderful delight in my opinion. And that of a generous reward! Ben and I will certainly have enjoyment making use of your ideas in what we must do in a few days. Our list is a distance long and simply put tips will certainly be put to great use.

Hi Marsha,

Hatha yoga is what people in the West are generally thinking of when they think of yoga.

Yoga X is even more "Westernized" yoga than "Westernized" hatha yoga... you might say it is "Hortonized" yoga (Tony Horton being the designer of Yoga X. Tony even goes so far as to innocently mistake the concept of Qi or Chi, which is a Taoist/Chinese concept, as being associated with yoga, which is Hindu/Indian.

Yoga X is "get ripped" yoga.

To Your Health, Coach James

P.S. You can find out more about Yoga X, and my experience with Yoga X, here: http://P90X.21CR.INFO.
